Rescheduling + Cancellations

Need to reschedule or cancel? No problem.

You have until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or rebook. You can make changes by accessing the confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation and you will be charged for 50% of your services. We do this to protect our brow artist’s time and give availability to other clients.

Running Late?

Unfortunately, we cannot take clients more than 10 minutes past the start of their appointment times. We get it — LA traffic is insane, so please plan accordingly.

50% of your appointment will be charged if you’re 10+ minutes late. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, please see our no show policy below.

We do this to ensure every client gets the best possible experience. We don’t like to rush through our services or make on-time clients wait. Instead, we stick to the schedule and like to be on time.

No Shows

If you completely miss an appointment and don’t reach out, you will be charged for the full value of your appointment.

We do this to protect our brow artist’s time and make sure those who do want an appointment are able to make one. Thanks for your understanding.

Returns + Exchanges

Not completely obsessed? Need a different size? Unworn items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date. To start a return or exchange, reach out to us at hi@twoofakindbrows.com.
